Position the impression box as shown with the knee at a 90 degree angle

Line up the center of the knee with the second toe

Line up the outer ankle bone with the outer edge of the heel fat pad

Have someone else push your foot into the foam while maintaining the position

Lift your foot straight up and out of the box

Repeat with the other foot
